Let’s eat cake!
My biggest inspiration comes from the flavours of the Italian Patisserie. I love to bring a little touch of Italy to all of my cakes & confectionery using traditional recipes combined with contemporary and original designs.
At SSM taste is paramount, that is why all of my bakes, fillings and covertures are made in house, using good quality Irish Butter, Free range/Organic Irish eggs, Pure Madagascan Vanilla Extract, extra quality Belgian chocolate. My cakes feature delicious Italian style light & moist sponge, layered with sumptuous meringue buttercream. Cakes can be coated with meringue buttercreams or chocolate ganache.
Chocolate or Vanilla Sponge, filled with vanilla or chocolate meringue buttercream. The following can be added to your filling:
- Homemade Seasonal Compotes
- Crushed chocolate cookies
Our Cupcakes are light & buttery. Topped with swirls of our delicious Italian meringue buttercreams, filled with homemade compotes & luxurious sauces. Decorated with fresh seasonal fruits, edible flowers, and our signature decorated sugar cookies to suit your celebration style.
Flavours: Vanilla or Chocolate Sponge
Cupcakes can be filled with the followings:
- Lemon Curd
- Homemade fruit compote
- Hazelnut creme (contains dairy & nuts) & Ferrero Rocher
Our all butter sugar cookies are the perfect addition to make your party even more special. They can be ordered to match your celebration cake and as favours to donate to your guests. Cookies are decorated with vanilla fondant.
Individual packaging is available for decorated cookies at a cost of 40 cent per item.
